What happens if the jewellery I received is damaged or defective?

While rare, if your parcel arrives empty, with missing items, or shows signs of tampering, we’ll promptly offer a free replacement or full refund. To ensure swift resolution, please contact our support team darshan@arumayi.com within 48 hours of delivery. For verification, please make sure to provide a clear 360-degree unboxing video and images. Claims without valid video evidence or with unclear footage may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

How will I get my refund amount?

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original mode of payment. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred only to the bank account of the individual listed in the billing details.

How can I cancel my order if the product is shipped?

You can refuse the delivery if the product is shipped. Once we get the product back at our store we will initiate the refund.
