Returns & Exchanges
At Arumayi, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within five days of delivery. To begin the process, please contact us via mail at darshan@arumayi.com. Our support team will assist you through the return or exchange steps.
Damaged or Incomplete Shipments
If your parcel arrives empty, with missing items, or appears tampered with, it is important to notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery. To verify such claims, a 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory. Claims submitted without valid video evidence or with unclear footage may not be accepted. Arumayi reserves the right to determine the validity of such claims and take the final decision.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and successfully verified at the Arumayi Warehouse, you will become eligible for either a replacement or a refund. Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original mode of payment. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred only to the bank account of the individual listed in the billing details. Please note that only the product value will be refunded. Charges such as shipping fees, cash on delivery charges, and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable. Refund will be issued within 7-10 days.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us within six hours of placing the order. You can reach out via email at darshan@arumayi.com. If the order has not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be processed for prepaid purchases. If the order has already been shipped, a refund will be issued after deducting the forward and return shipping charges once the product has been received back in our warehouse and verified.
Final Discretion
Arumayi reserves the right to make the final decision on all return, refund, and cancellation requests. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and accept the company's resolution as final.
